As a front-line assistant to the Williams HR Consulting team, Amanda is typically the first point of contact for most WHRL and WHRC clients, making her a critical member of our client liaison team.
In our organization’s early days, Amanda’s position focused almost solely on client relations for Williams HR Law.
Her role has since evolved to include various other important duties for WHRC. As such, Amanda is responsible for a wide range of key functions including executive support, event and speaking engagement organization and management, the management of relationships with important partner organizations such as Human Resources Professionals Association and various chambers of commerce, and assisting with marketing-related initiatives including client outreach and service facilitation. Perhaps most importantly, Amanda spends a great deal of her time fielding client inquiries, working to understand existing and prospective clients’ HR law and consulting needs before forwarding those files to the appropriate legal or consulting professionals within the company.
Prior to beginning her career with WHRL/WHRC, Amanda studied legal administration and pursued careers in the automotive and property management industries. In the latter, Amanda worked as a property manager for two years.
A lover of outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, camping and travel, when Amanda is not in the office she spends her time exercising and cheering on her beloved Denver Broncos during the NFL season.
