BIOGRAPHY

Susan Lill brings more than 25 years of experience to Williams HR Consulting.  Her past HR roles have included Chief HR Officer, Vice-President, Director and Manager.  Susan started consulting in 2001.

Sue has worked or supported clients in nearly every industry both in Canada and the United States.  As a member of senior leadership teams, she has spearheaded the creation of business strategies, human resources strategies, organizational change initiatives, due diligence, organization design and process improvement initiatives.

As a practitioner, Sue has experience in all aspects of human resources.  She has added specialization in organizational assessment and design, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, knowledge management, employee sensing and diversity training.

As a former business owner and a certified HR Professional both in Canada and the U.S., Sue is well known for her entrepreneurial spirit. Her deep-seated understanding of business challenges—and how to overcome them—has been an invaluable asset to our clients since she joined the WHRC team in 2016.   Sue has earned a reputation for her commitment to service excellence and dedication to optimizing the performance of our clients’ workplaces.   

Sue is the Past-President of an HRPA chapter and has chaired various committees.  She is a graduate of the Liberty Fellowship program which is based on the prestigious Henry Crowne Fellowship and has attended the Aspen Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership.  Sue is a graduate of Ryerson University’s Human Resources Management program.

Outside of the office, Sue enjoys travelling, singing, dancing and working out at her local gym.
