ARIEL DELUY, PMP, PRINCE2Chief Operating Officer


As Williams HR Consulting’s chief operating officer, Ariel is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Ariel’s responsibilities and influence extend to several areas of the business including strategic planning and execution, new product and service development, technology deployment, process improvement, and customer relationship management.

He brings more than 20 years of senior consulting experience to the WHRC team, delivering invaluable insights and expertise that help our clients understand and address their HR gaps and opportunities. In addition to his management duties, Ariel provides consulting services to HR practitioners and business leaders in the areas of project management, program execution, process improvement, enterprise risk management and workforce optimization.

Prior to joining WHRC, Ariel’s consulting work led him to develop strong and profitable business relationships for clients such as General Motors, Hydro One, Toronto Transit Corporation, Bell Canada, TSTT, and Caterpillar. Ariel is a strategic advisor to several international organizations and provides leadership training to senior executives from United Nations and Jamaica Civil Aviation Airport Authority (JCAA).

Ariel is also a trainer with Schulich Executive Education Centre and Project Management Centre, delivering project planning and control techniques, risk management strategies, project leadership training, and quality management training to professionals.

He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.

In addition to his work, Ariel is the father of three teenagers who keep him young and current.  He is also a diehard fan of the Montreal Canadiens in a household full of Toronto Maple Leafs fans.
